 مراحل وشروط التسجيل والقبول / Application & Admission Steps

يرجى قراءة الخطوات التالية بدقة قبل البدء في ملء الاستمارة:

تقديم الطلب والوثائق: يجب ملء كافة البيانات ورفع الوثائق المطلوبة (جواز السفر والشهادات) في ملف واحد بصيغة PDF أو ZIP.

رسوم مراجعة الطلب (إلزامية): يجب دفع رسوم تقديم الطلب وقدرها 170 يورو أولاً عبر روابط Stripe أو PayPal المرفقة في أسفل الاستمارة، ونسخ رقم عملية الدفع (Transaction Reference Number) ووضعه في الحقل المخصص؛ لن يتمكن النظام من استقبال طلبك أو إرساله بدون هذا الرقم.

التقييم الأكاديمي: فور استلام الاستمارة ورقم الدفع، ستراجع لجنة القبول ملفك الأكاديمي، وفي حال استيفاء الشروط، سيتم التواصل معك لتحديد موعد مقابلة شخصية عبر الإنترنت.

القبول النهائي والتسجيل: بعد اجتياز المقابلة، يصدر خطاب القبول الأولي، ويُطلب منك سداد الرسوم الدراسية (أو القسط الأول منها مع احتساب المنحة) لإصدار خطاب القبول النهائي والرسمي اللازم لإجراءات الفيزا وبدء الدراسة.

Please read the following steps carefully before filling out the form:

1. Application & Documents: Fill out all required fields and upload your documents (Passport & Certificates) merged into a single PDF or ZIP file.

2. Application Fee (Mandatory): You must pay the non-refundable application fee of €170 first via the Stripe or PayPal links at the bottom of this form. Copy and paste the Transaction Reference Number into the designated required field. The system will not allow form submission without it.

3. Academic Evaluation: Upon receiving your form with the valid payment reference, the Admissions Committee will review your file. Eligible candidates will be contacted for an online interview.

4. Final Admission & Enrollment: After passing the interview, a conditional admission letter will be issued. The final, official Confirmation of Enrollment (required for student visa applications) will be granted only after settling the tuition fees.
