تفتح الكلية الأوروبية للفلسفة والموسيقى الروحية (EAPSM) أبوابها لجميع المتقدمين المتميزين بناءً على كفاءتهم الفكرية وجاهزيتهم للاندماج في بيئة تعليمية فريدة تمزج بين الفلسفة، والعلوم، والموسيقى والتقاليد الروحية. نحن نؤمن بتكافؤ الفرص، وندير بياناتكم بأعلى مستويات الأمان والخصوصية وفقاً للمقاييس الأوروبية (GDPR).

الباب الأول: القبول الجامعي وخطوات التسجيل

المادة (1): مرونة التقديم والجدية الإدارية

نحن نحرص على وقتكم؛ ولضمان سرعة فحص الملفات، تبدأ الإدارة بمراجعة الطلبات فور التحقق من جدية المتقدم واستيفاء وثائقه الأساسية. يتم استقبال جميع الطلبات والمستندات بسهولة ويسر عبر بوابتنا الإلكترونية الموحدة: www.eapsm.eu.

المادة (2): من هو الطالب المستهدف؟

نحن لا ننظر إلى المعدلات والأوراق الرسمية فحسب؛ بل نبحث عن الشغف، والفضول المعرفي، والنضج الفكري، والانفتاح الثقافي. يتم تقييم كل ملف بشكل شخصي وشامل لتقدير إمكانيات الطالب الحقيقية وقدرته على التميز الأكاديمي.

المادة (3): تسهيل شروط الشهادات والقبول المهني

تُقيّم المؤهلات وفقاً للنظم الدولية المعترف بها (مثل نظام الساعات الأوروبي ECTS)، مع تيسير إجراءات القبول حسب المراحل:

  • مرحلة البكالوريوس: نرحب بحملة الشهادات الثانوية العامة، كما نرحب ونقبل صراحةً خريجي الثانويات المهنية. لا نشترط دراسة مسبقة للفلسفة، بل يكفي إثبات الاستعداد الفكري للدراسة.

  • مرحلة الماجستير: شهادة بكالوريوس في الفلسفة، الموسيقى، العلوم الإنسانية، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة يظهر شغف الطالب وقدرته على البحث.

  • مرحلة الدكتوراه (PhD): شهادة ماجستير مع مقترح بحثي مرن وواضح يوضح موضوع الدراسة وأهدافها، يليه مقابلة شخصية ودية لترتيب الإشراف الأكاديمي.

المادة (4): النظام اللغوي التدرجي والدعم الشامل (مجاني)

لتخفيف العبء اللغوي عن الطلاب، تعتمد الكلية خطة تدرجية ذكية:

  • السنة الأولى: تُدرس المناهج باللغتين الإسبانية والعربية لمساعدة الطالب على الاستقرار الفكري.

  • ابتداءً من السنة الثانية: يُدمج مسار اللغة الفرنسية تدريجياً.

  • الدعم اللغوي المدمج: تقدم الكلية دورات مكثفة ومخصصة لرفع كفاءة الطلاب اللغوية مجاناً؛ هذه الدورات مغطاة بالكامل ضمن الرسوم الدراسية ولن يتحمل الطالب أي تكاليف إضافية.

المادة (5): حزمة المستندات المطلوبة (مبسطة ومحددة)

لكي تبدأ رحلتك معنا، كل ما تحتاجه هو رفع المستندات التالية بصيغة رقمية واضحة (مترجمة إلى الإنجليزية، الإسبانية، أو الفرنسية):

  1. الوثائق الشخصية: استمارة التقديم الإلكترونية + نسخة جواز السفر (ساري الصلاحية) + صورة شخصية حديثة.

  2. المؤهلات الأكاديمية: شهادة المرحلة السابقة (عامة أو مهنية) + كشف الدرجات الرسمي.

  3. أدوات التقييم: سيرة ذاتية مختصرة + رسالة دافع تشرح شغفك + رسائل توصية ومقترح بحثي (لدراسات الماجستير والدكتوراه فقط).

  4. المتطلبات الإدارية: إيصال رسوم الفحص + إثبات أولي مبسط للملاءة المالية.

المادة (6): تسهيلات مالية مرنة وسياستنا في الاسترداد

استثناءً من القواعد التقليدية، وتخفيفاً للعبء المالي على الطلاب، تم تقسيم رسوم السنة الأولى البالغة 9,700 يورو كالتالي:

  • الدفع الأول (70%): يُسدد عند القبول المبدئي لتفعيل الملف وإصدار وثائق الدعم الحكومية والتأشيرة.

  • الدفع الثاني (30%): يُسدد فقط بعد حصول الطالب على تأشيرة الدخول الرسمية (الفيزا).

  • السنوات التالية: تُقسّم الرسوم بمرونة على 4 دفعات متساوية طوال العام الدراسي.

  • ضمان استرداد الأموال: في حال رفض طلب الطالب نهائياً أو تعذر حصوله على الإقامة لأسباب خارجة عن إرادته، تلتزم الكلية قانونياً برد كامل الرسوم الدراسية المدفوعة (مع خصم رسوم فحص الملف الأولية فقط)، طالما لم يبدأ الطالب الدراسة الفعلية.

المادة (7): قرارات القبول السريعة

بمجرد فحص ملفك، نصدر قراراً واضحاً (قبول نهائي، قبول مشروط باستكمال ورقة معينة، أو اعتذار). وفور سداد الدفعة الأولى، نرسل لك فوراً: خطاب القبول الرسمي، عقد الدراسة، وحزمة دعم التأشيرة.

الباب الثاني: الهجرة والعبور والإقامة والدعم السكني

المادة (8): تأشيرة الطالب

يتولى الطالب بالتنسيق مع الكلية استخراج تأشيرة الدراسة الوطنية لضمان دخوله القانوني.

المادة (9): الملف القنصلي للعبور (إسبانيا / فرنسا)

يتقدم طلابنا من خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي للسفارة المعنية بملف مبسط يحتوي على: وثائق الكلية، جواز السفر، السجل العدلي (الأبوستيل)، والشهادة الطبية المعتمدة التي تؤكد خلو المتقدم من الأمراض المعدية وفق اللوائح الدولية.

المادة (10): مبادرة تيسير السكن الجامعي وتقسيطه

تفرض سلطات أندورا إثبات ملاءة مالية بقيمة 15,000 يورو سنوياً، ولتسهيل هذا الشرط الصعب على الطالب، ابتكرت الكلية الآلية التالية:

  • آلية الخصم والتيسير: تقوم الكلية بخصم التكلفة الفعلية للسكن البالغة 8,620 يورو سنوياً من المبلغ الإجمالي المطلوب حكومياً، وتضمن الكلية سكن الطالب بموجب خطاب كفالة رسمي يقدم للسلطات.

  • تقسيط السكن: تيسيراً وتخفيفاً للدفع المسبق، تُقسّم رسوم السكن (8,620 يورو) على أربعة أقساط: (25%) عند التسجيل، والمتبقي (75%) يُقسّم على 3 أقساط مريحة (قسط كل 3 أشهر).

  • إثبات المتبقي: بفضل كفالة الجامعة للسكن، يصبح الطالب مطالباً فقط بإثبات المبلغ المتبقي البسيط عبر كشوفات حساب بنكية أو خطابات كفالة عائلية.

  • الالتزام المتبادل: نظراً لأن الجامعة تكفل الطالب قانونياً أمام الدولة، فإن التخلف عن سداد أقساط السكن في مواعيدها المحددة يؤدي إلى إلغاء الكفالة السكنية تلقائياً لضمان استقرار النظام.

  • الخطوة الأخيرة: بمجرد الوصول، يتم تفعيل بطاقة الإقامة فور تقديم التأمين الصحي المحلي والخضوع للفحص الطبي الحكومي الروتيني.

الباب الثالث: النزاهة الأكاديمية والأحكام الختامية

المادة (11): الجدية الأكاديمية وقانون الهجرة

نحن نبني علاقتنا معكم على الثقة والنزاهة؛ لذا فإن تقديم أي معلومات مغلوطة يؤدي إلى إلغاء القبول. وتماشياً مع قانون الهجرة الأندوري رقم 2/2026، تذكر الكلية طلابها بأن استمرار شرعية الإقامة مرتبط بالمواظبة والتقدم الدراسي الفعلي، لضمان نجاحكم وتخرجكم.

المادة (12): مرونة الأنظمة وتحديثها

تضمن الكلية مواكبة وتحديث هذه اللوائح والسياسات المالية بمرونة بما يتوافق مع القوانين السيادية للدولة ومصلحة الطلاب التعليمية.

فرص العمل للطلاب الدوليين في أندورا

لدعم مسيرتك المهنية والمالية، تتيح لك إمارة أندورا الحق في العمل بدوام جزئي (حتى 20 ساعة أسبوعياً) خلال فترة دراستك بعد الحصول على موافقة سلطات العمل. يُعد هذا العمل فرصة رائعة لتطوير مهاراتك وتأمين دخل إضافي، مع بقاء الالتزام بإثبات الملاءة المالية الحكومية المبدئية عند بداية التسجيل.

Academic Admission, Registration, Residency, and Work Regulations

Preamble and General Objectives

The European Academy of Philosophy and Spiritual Music (EAPSM) welcomes all outstanding applicants based on their intellectual merit and readiness to engage in a unique interdisciplinary educational environment that blends philosophy, science, music, and spiritual traditions. Chapter I: University Admission and Enrollment Steps

Article (1): Flexible Application and Administrative Commitment

We value your time. To ensure rapid file processing, the administration reviews applications as soon as the applicant's serious intent is verified and their basic documents are submitted. All applications and credentials are submitted easily and directly through our unified online portal: www.eapsm.eu.

Article (2): Targeted Student Profile

We do not look at grades and official papers alone; we seek passion, intellectual curiosity, analytical maturity, and cultural openness. Each file is evaluated personally and holistically to assess the applicant's true potential and ability to excel academically.

Article (3): Simplified Degree Requirements and Vocational Admission

Qualifications are evaluated in accordance with recognized international systems (such as the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System - ECTS), with simplified admission procedures across all academic levels:

  • Bachelor’s Program: We welcome holders of general high school diplomas, and we explicitly accept and welcome graduates of vocational high schools. No prior study of philosophy is required—demonstrating intellectual readiness for the program is sufficient.

  • Master’s Program: A recognized Bachelor’s degree in philosophy, music, humanities, or any related field that demonstrates the applicant's passion and capacity for research.

  • Doctoral Program (PhD): A recognized Master’s degree along with a clear and flexible research proposal outlining the study topic and objectives, followed by a friendly personal interview to arrange academic supervision.

Article (4): Progressive Language System and Comprehensive Support (Free of Charge)

To ease the linguistic burden on students, the Academy adopts a smart, progressive language plan:

  • First Year: Courses are taught in Spanish and Arabic to help the student settle in intellectually.

  • Starting Second Year: The French language track is gradually integrated.

  • Integrated Language Support: The Academy provides intensive, tailored language courses to boost students' proficiency at no extra cost; these courses are fully covered under the paid tuition fees, and the student will not incur any additional charges.

Article (5): Required Document Checklist (Streamlined and Specified)

To begin your journey with us, all you need is to upload the following documents in a clear digital format (translated into English, Spanish, or French):

  1. Personal Documents: Completed online application form + copy of a valid passport + a recent passport-sized photograph.

  2. Academic Qualifications: Graduation certificate from the previous stage (general or vocational high school / Bachelor's / Master's) + official transcripts.

  3. Assessment Tools: A brief CV + a motivation letter explaining your passion + letters of recommendation and a research proposal (for Master’s and PhD applicants only).

  4. Administrative Requirements: Proof of application processing fee payment + a simplified initial proof of financial solvency.

Article (6): Flexible Financial Tiers and Refund Policy

As an exception to traditional rigid rules, and to ease the financial burden on students, the first-year tuition fee of €9,700 has been divided as follows:

  • First Payment (70%): Paid upon provisional admission to activate the student file and issue official visa support documentation.

  • Second Payment (30%): Paid only after the student successfully obtains their official entry visa.

  • Subsequent Years: Tuition fees are flexibly divided into 4 equal installments throughout the academic year.

  • Guaranteed Refund Policy: If a student's application is definitively rejected or if they are unable to obtain residency due to circumstances beyond their control, the Academy is legally bound to refund the full paid tuition fees (minus the initial application processing fee only), provided the student has not commenced actual study.

Article (7): Rapid Admission Decisions

Upon reviewing your file, we issue a clear decision (full admission, conditional admission pending a specific document, or refusal). As soon as the first payment is made, we immediately send you: the Official Acceptance Letter, the Study Contract, and the Visa Support Package.

Chapter II: Immigration, Transit, Residency, and Housing Support

Article (8): Student Visa

In coordination with the Academy, the student is responsible for obtaining the national student/study visa to ensure legal entry.

Article (9): Consular File for Transit Embassies (Spain / France)

Non-EU/EEA/Swiss students present a streamlined file to the relevant embassy, containing: support documents issued by the Academy, the signed visa application form, a passport valid for at least one year, personal photos, a criminal record certificate (Apostille) with translation, and the mandatory medical certificate explicitly stating:

"This medical certificate confirms that Mr./Ms. [...] does not suffer from any diseases that could have serious public health implications in accordance with the International Health Regulations of 2005."

Article (10): Facilitated Student Housing Initiative and Installments

Andorran authorities require proof of financial solvency of at least €15,000 per year. To make this requirement easier for the student, the Academy has designed the following mechanism:

  • Deduction and Facilitation Mechanism: The Academy deducts the actual annual housing cost of €8,620 from the total government-required amount, guaranteeing the student's accommodation via an official sponsorship letter submitted to the authorities.

  • Housing Installments: To avoid heavy upfront payments, the housing fees (€8,620) are split into four installments: (25%) upon registration, and the remaining (75%) is divided into 3 convenient installments (one installment every 3 months).

  • Proving the Remainder: Thanks to the university's housing sponsorship, the student is only required to prove the remaining balance through original bank statements or certified family sponsorship letters.

  • Mutual Commitment: Because the Academy legally sponsors the student before the state, failing to pay housing installments on time will result in the automatic revocation of the housing sponsorship to maintain the stability of the system.

  • The Final Step: Upon arrival, the official residency card is activated after presenting a local private health insurance policy and undergoing a routine government medical check within Andorra.

Chapter III: Academic Integrity and Final Provisions

Article (11): Academic Seriousness and Immigration Law

We build our relationship with you on trust and integrity; therefore, submitting any misleading information leads to the cancellation of admission. In line with the updated Andorran Immigration Law No. 2/2026, the Academy reminds its students that the legal validity of residency is strictly tied to regular attendance and actual academic progression, ensuring your success and graduation.

Article (12): Flexibility and Amendments

The Academy guarantees the flexibility to update these regulations and financial policies to continuously align with sovereign state laws and the educational interests of our students.

Work Opportunities for International Students in Andorra

To support your professional and financial path, the Principality of Andorra allows international students the right to work part-time (up to 20 hours per week) during the study period, subject to prior approval from the immigration and labor authorities. This work right serves as an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and secure additional income, while the legal obligation to provide the initial government financial solvency proof at the beginning of registration remains in effect.
